Features and usages:
1. Virtual Keyboard1) Place two hands above and not too close or far from Leap Motion Controller.
2) Tap one finger to activate the corresponding column of keys.
3) Move hand up down and hover a key for a short period to press it.
4) Index or pinky finger moves left or right then up down to activate the neighbor column.
5) Press special key(s) Shift, Control, Alt, Win, and Fn once then other key to send key combination and and deactivate them except when arrow keys are pressed. Press a special key again to deactivate it. Use Fn and arrow keys for up/down/home/end.
6) Edit Setting.txt to adjust
a) Key_Alpha as key transparency from 0 to 1.
b) Key_Color as key color rgb from 0 0 0 to 1 1 1.
c) Key_Press_Thresh around 20 updating mouse press/drag intervals adjusted too.
c) Split_Keyboard as split keyboard 1 or not 0.
d) Keybord_Position as bottom 0, middle 1, or top 2.
2. Virtual Mouse
1) Extend right hand thumb, index, and middle fingers only to activate mouse mode.
2) Move the cursor by extending the three fingers and moving left right or up down. Move left right fast to find it.
3) Click left/right/middle button by tapping the thumb/middle/thumb & middle finger(s).
4) Keep bending the index finger slightly to keep scrolling up, and bending it more to keep scrolling down.
5) Bend the thumb/middle finger slightly for single click and more for double click
6) Select Move/Size from app window menu, then use arrow key and mouse move to move/resize it, or use shortcuts Shift and arrow keys, etc. to select texts7) Keep tapping thumb till solid red circle is on to select texts, move/resize an app window, etc
3. Virtual Multitouch
1) Activate multitouch mode with right hand fist gesture then extending all fingers. Repeat to activate keyboard mode.
2) Swipe hands only once or twice then maintain the hand pose to keep swiping or zooming.
3) Place cursor inside an app, then swipe left-right up-down or forward-backward to scroll horizontally, vertically, or zoom in/out.
4) Extend thumb and pinky fingers only to reset monitor positions and operate on monitors.
5) In monitor multitouch mode, swipe left-right up-down or forward-backward to move monitors horizontally, vertically, or zoom them in/out.
6) Bend thumb and index fingers only to focus on the monitor near center for work.
4. Virtual Monitors
1) It works w/o XR glasses. If present, set XR glasses to be main display and extend the display 1 to the right of XR display 2.
2) Open 4_monitors.sh and uncomment the first several command lines to run them once, then comment those lines and update main display ID.
3) Run the 4_monitors.sh script to add up to 4 virtual monitors with ID 3/2 up to 6/5 next to display 2/1.
4) Set same 1920x1080 resolutions and same scales for the 4 virtual monitors and disconnect display 1 if XR glasses are used.
5) Install Linux PowerToys and use its WorkSpaces app to edit and launch apps across multiple monitors.
6) Left click on mouse to enter full screen mode, and left & right clicks on mouse to quit app.
7) Edit Settings.txt to adjust
a) Monitor_Count as monitor count from 1 to 4.
b) Frame_Interval as frames to drop for screen update from 1 to 10
5. Relative Motion
1) Edit Settings.txt to enable/disable relative motion mode with 1/0.
2) In the relative motion mode, move the hand in 3 directions relative to the beginning hand orientation.
3) In the absolute motion mode, move the hand in 3 directions based on the Leap Motion Controller orientation.
